TECH SUPPORT INFO

Dearest ABC ePrep Subscriber:

For some time now, we here at ABC ePrep world headquarters (New York City, 125 West End Avenue, 6th floor. Exit the main elevator and shout, "Where are the morons?!" Someone will direct you.) have been laboring to devise a plan whereby we can provide you with more, and more flexible, tech support. Given that the staff here works hours Dracula himself would consider late, this has been difficult.

We think we've got it covered now, at least as best we're able. What follows is ABC ePrep's revised and expanded tech support plan. Please note - this plan expands upon what is currently posted in the ABC ePrep online ePrep FAQ, meaning there's stuff here which you won't find there, at least not until we scare up the bucks to post it there. Therefore, we suggest you save this message somewhere you won't forget it, like the directory into which you download your dirty pictures. Personally, we suggest you print hard copy as well and stick it someplace safe. Maybe the fridge in the jox lounge. Nobody ever tosses out stuff in there.

One last thing. Please understand that by tech support, we mean help with a problem you're having accessing ABC ePrep or one of its features. Editorial comments, questions about content, general suggestions or strings of expletives should be directed to eprepcomments@abc.com, while bits can be sent to eprepbits@abc.com, provided that e-mail address hasn't gone to sleep.

If you have any questions about what follows, please send us a note at eprepsupport@abc.com. Of course, you'll find all of these e-mail addresses in one convenient spot if you click the cleverly-titled Email ePrep button right down there in the bottom left-hand corner of this very computer screen. Go ahead, look. We'll wait.

Cool, huh? You're welcome.

ABC ePrep Tech Support Required Information

Regardless of how you contact ABC ePrep tech support, we need for you to provide the following information:

1) Your ABC ePrepUser Name. This is the name you enter into the password box that pops up when your no-good non-paying radio pals attempt to logon to ABC ePrep.

2) Your name and station call letters. And by call letters, we mean as in "WXYZ," not Badger 98.5 or 101.7 The Spleen.

3) A phone number, including area code, where you can be reached immediately.

4) A brief description of your problem. By brief, we mean something like, "Can't download audio" ... "Can't access site" ... "Can't stop twitching" ...

5) Your e-mail address, one that you can check immediately. Actually, this isn't required, but it can't hurt.

We hope this helps. Thank you, and should the subject arise, please tell the cops you haven't seen us.
